Working principle

The system is to install a certain quantity of sensors at the bottom of coal yard to form the sensitive weight platform. The system can identify the weight of coal pile and working track of related equipment like bucket wheel machine, coal pusher, etc so that dynamic control coal yard can be realized.

The cover-pressing TM sensor technology: Through setting proper numbers of sensors at the bottom of the coal yard, this system can form a network of weight sensor platform to accurately monitor the coal weight and weight change on the platform in real-time.

Coal piling and taking management: The best solution of coal piling and taking can be generated automatically. Related equipment like bucket wheel machine can be guided automatically to finish working process of coal piling and taking. Alarm function for wrong route is included.
Consumption
Blending and burning management: The solution of blending and burning can be generated automatically according to coal quality and boiler character.
Data management: Coal consumption record and related data can be summarized and analyzed to support cost accounting and purchase management.
Stock
Inventory management: Automatic inventory management for the coal in different district about weight and volume. Calculating profit and loss and generating report automatically.
Management for avoiding self-ignite: Adopts the principle of burning old coal and stocking new coal to manage the coal yard, high temperature can be detected real-time and exceeded stocking time can be alarmed.

Solution 1: The system includes automatic laser scan system, wireless positioning system and data management system.
Automatic Laser Scan Technology: Install some laser scanner at the top of coal yard, scan the coal yard automatically and get three-dimension drawing, volume and weight of the coal in different districts of coal yard so as to control the coal information. (When checking weight information, the system can connect wagon balance data and volume data of as-received coal. After taking some coal out, updated volume date can also be connected to the system so that updated coal weight can be calculated.
Wireless positioning technology with high accuracy: All the equipment like the vehicles and bucket wheel machine can be guided to realize the purpose of unmanned unloading coal and taking coal.
Data management system can summarize the information of the coal quality, position information, coal weight, coal temperature, and equipment running track to generate coal yard dynamic control solution.
