Sundy won the 2022 Hunan Province Intellectual Property Strategy Special Project

Recently, the Administration for Market Regulation of Hunan Province released the list of the 2022 Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Strategy Special Projects, and Sundy’s “Robotic Sample Preparation System and Intelligent Analysing System Intellectual Property Intensive Industry Cultivation Project” is on the list.

“Robotic Sample Preparation System and Intelligent Analysing System” mainly includes unmanned testing system, robotic sample preparation system, sampling system,sampling and sample preparation long-distance docking system, intelligent packaging system, automatic sample transportation system, automatic storage cabinet system and dust removal system, etc., covering the whole process of sampling,sample preparation,transportation,storage and analysis. The products covered by the system are all independently developed by our company and are adapted to the intelligent maintenance system, which can realize unmanned operation and intelligent operation of the whole process.And the visual design of robotic sample preparation system and intelligent analysing system makes the results more controllable, credible, and traceable, effectively help customers optimize decision-making, comprehensively improve operational control and management level and achieve the goal of safe, economical, efficient, and environmentally friendly operation. At present, our company has carried out all-round intellectual property protection for the robotic sample preparation system and intelligent analysing system, and has formed an effective patent layout.

Since its establishment, Sundy has always paid attention to the innovation and protection of intellectual property rights. After nearly 30 years of technological innovation and accumulation of intellectual property rights, Sundy has mastered the core technologies and basic patents of coal analyzers such as calorimeters, sulfur analyzers, and proximate analyzers, as well as automatic sampling and automatic sample preparation,Sundy applied for certain derivative patents and improvement patents around the basic patents, forming a comprehensive patent layout network. Up to now, Sundy has applied for 1031 patents (including 325 invention patent applications, 52 PCT and international patent applications), and authorized 597 valid patents (including 136 domestic authorized and valid invention patents, and obtained 27 authorized patents of the United States, European Union, Australia, Russia, South Africa, Turkey and other foreign countries ), and the number of patent holdings ranks first in the industry.

 

The successful approval of the “2022 Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Strategy Special Projects – Intellectual Property Intensive Industry Cultivation Project” reflects the further recognition of the intellectual property-intensive cultivation work of Sundy by the provincial intellectual property authority. In the future, Sundy will continue to focus carry out the layout of key technologies core patents, high-value patent cultivation and achievement transformation on the field of sampling, sample preparation, transportation, storage and analysis.

 

Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Strategy Special Projects

It is a special project supported by the provincial budget set up by the Administration for Market Regulation of Hunan Province to promote the province’s intellectual property strategic goals, improve the province’s intellectual property creation and utilization, strengthen intellectual property protection and management, and improve intellectual property public service capabilities. This special project is jointly organized and declared by the Hunan Provincial Intellectual Property Office and the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance.
