Starting From “1”, A New Start! Sundy “1” Series Analyzers Launch

On January 5, Sundy 2023 new product launch was held in the Sundy product experience center. The “1” series analyzers, including Bomb Calorimeter, Thermogravimetric Analyzer, Sulfur Analyzer, Ash Fusion Tester were brand new debut. The chairman of Sundy Mr. Zhu Xiande and other leaders and guests were invited to attend.

At the product launch, Mr. Zhu Qing, the director, deputy general manager and product director of Sundy, briefly reviewed the research and development background of the “1” series analyzers, and explaining why the new generation of analyzer products were named after “1”. He said that after nearly 30 years of painstaking research and continuous iteration, Sundy has gradually entered the “no man’s land” in the field of coal quality analysis instruments. In the past two years, Sundy has increased the research on “samples” and “components”, and obtained many new discoveries and cognitions. These discoveries and cognitions have enabled the product team to have a deeper and new understanding of analytical instruments, and the review of the entire product line led to this systematic iterative development and launch. It is precisely because the breadth and depth of this product iteration are different from the past, and Sundy decided to name the entire series of products with “1”, which means a new start for Sundy instrument product line.

As the person in charge of Sundy instrument product line and team representative, product manager Mr. Chen Zhijun introduced the main innovations of the “1” series analyzers and the application “pain points” they solved in details. According to his introduction, the four series of products launched this time have different models such as flagship version and standard version for customers with different needs. Adhering to Sundy consistent “differentiation” product development concept, in addition to the brand-new PI design, each new product and each model launched this time has a pioneering point, and these innovations are original and meet customer needs. For example, the bomb calorimeter, through the comprehensive application of technologies such as constant volume oxygen vessel and the new TEC temperature control system, both SDAC1200 and SDAC1000 have effectively solved the problem of inaccurate test results of first sample and interval samples. In addition, the new functions to improve operator experience, such as automatic and quantitative addition of tungsten trioxide of SDS1600 sulfur analyzer, smoke and dust disposal of SDTGA1200 thermogravimetric analyzer are also the first in the coal analysis industry.

At the end of the product launch, Chairman Mr. Zhu Xiande fully affirmed the work of the product team in his speech. He said that Sundy will have the 30^th birthday in 2023, seeing that the new generation of products being launched and the younger generation of Sundy people growing up, as the founder, he is very happy and also very pleased.
