Standards : ISO 1716:2002, GB/T 14402-2007
Sample Requirements
1. Divide the sample into four equal regions, and randomly sample from each region (the sample from each region is then cut into the smallest possible particle size). After crushing the four samples, mix them together and weigh them.
2.Sample should be Packed with Lens Paper
Test Procedure
Weigh approximately 0.5g of the sample into lens paper with a known mass and calorific value, wrap it, and place it in a metal crucible. Install the ignition wire or ignition cotton thread, and close the oxygen bomb lid. Fill the crucible with oxygen and place it into the calorimeter. Input the sample weight, and the instrument will automatically complete the calorific value determination and result calculation.
Test Conditions
Oxygen pressure : 3.0 MPa
Oxygenation time : ≥15s
Ambient temperature : 22℃
Ambient humidity: 55%
