     Standards :CEN/TS 14918 , ASTM E711 , and GB/T 30727


Sample Requirements

1. Particle size ≤ 1mm

2. Sample should be Packed with Lens Paper


Test process

Add a specified amount of distilled water (CEN/TS 14918 and ASTM E711:1ml , GB/T 30727:5ml) to oxygen bomb ,Weigh approximately 0.9-1.1 g of sample into lens paper of known mass and calorific value, wrap it, and place it in a metal crucible. Install the ignition wire or ignition cotton thread, and close the oxygen bomb lid. Fill with oxygen and place the oxygen bomb into the calorimeter. Input the sample weight and lens paper weight, and the instrument will automatically complete the calorific value determination and result calculation.


Test conditions

Oxygen pressure : 3.0 MPa                  

Oxygenation time : ≥15s

Ambient temperature : 23℃                 

Outer tub temperature : 28℃

Inner tub temperature : 26℃               

Water tank temperature : 24℃
